This Code of Conduct (“the Code”) outlines the minimum standards of We,FSS is committed to understanding and managing social, ethical and environmental issues {Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code} throughout its supply chain in a responsible manner. To support this objective, we will provide Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) audit report every two years providing assurance of their compliance with this Code (unless an alternative independent auditor is approved by clients).

We, FSS complied with local and national laws related to labour practices and ensure that workers are afforded the highest level of protection, whether that be under local law or the following principles, which should be read in conjunction with the ETI Base Code.

▪ Working conditions are safe and hygienic
▪ Child labour is not used
▪ Living wages are paid
▪ Working hours are not excessive
▪ No discrimination is practiced
