Our Obligations

We FSS will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the end-to-end production of the goods in accordance with the specifications and timelines set out in this agreement and with due care and skill to a standard equal to that which a well experienced person in the industry would be expected to provide;

Supply Of Goods

We will ensure to supply the goods to the purchaser in accordance with all specifications as set out in the P.I including technical specification of product, size, labelling and packaging; in accordance with the approved Pre-production sample; quality assured and controlled to maintain best product quality; not faulty or defective.

Faulty Or Defective Goods

Faulty or Defective goods will not be accepted by the clients. All Faulty or Defective goods (whether it be one product or an entire product style) will be destroyed by clients and the we ensure to refund all money paid plus all associated handling and shipping.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights provided by the clients remain the property of the Purchaser and must not be used, distributed or provided to by the Vendor or any third party without the express permission of the clients. All Intellectual Property Rights created by the us in the course of providing the manufacturing service to the clients will remain the client’s property.

Confidential Information

We, FSS and its third parties must keep all Confidential Information provided by Clients confidential and must not disclose this information to any other third party without the express permission of clients.
By confirming/accepting your orders, we would be clear and transparent to be with you with following terms and code of conduct (Code)

Term

This agreement commences on the date of signing and expires after one year unless agreed otherwise.

Termination

Either party may immediately terminate this agreement by notice in writing if the other party commits a material breach of this agreement and the breach is not capable of remedy or the breach is capable of remedy but the defaulting party does not remedy the breach within 14 Business Days of receipt of the written notice from the non-defaulting party.

Code Of Conduct

This Code of Conduct (“the Code”) outlines the minimum standards of We,FSS is committed to understanding and managing social, ethical and environmental issues {Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code} throughout its supply chain in a responsible manner. To support this objective, we will provide Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) audit report every two years providing assurance of their compliance with this Code (unless an alternative independent auditor is approved by clients).
